What this quote means is that you are never going to be wrong unless you tell the entire story how it was the first place. For example, If you ask permission to go somewhere and then ask you what did you do at that place and tell them half of the story you are going to not be right. Because you did not tell the entire story. You are only right when you tell what really happened. And if you don’t tell what really happened you are 100% wrong. Why? Because you lied when they or whomever asked you what did you do.
