Duties and responsibilities: While working as a mental health aide, you provide direct care to patients in hospitals, mental health facilities and treatment programs. Patients need your help to carry out their daily living activities, such as eating, bathing and getting dressed.

Education: Get a Bachelor’s degree. Continue your education. Complete Post-Master experience requirements. Earn Licensure and seek certification.

Need Or Demand for this Profession:  There is no need for mental health counselors because we need more doctors.

I would not like to become a mental health counselor because what if they have anger management problems.
