Ambulance dispatcher 

Duties / Responsibilities: gathering information related to medical emergencies, the provision of assistance and instructions by voice, support of EMS resources responding to an emergency call.

Salary:Police, fire and ambulance dispatchers earned an average $37,460 per year, or $18.01 per hour

Education:

1. Complete the level of education required by the hiring agency.
2. Earn experience working in a customer service role.
3. Take and pass a civil service test.
4. Apply for an open dispatch position.
5. Complete an interview with the hiring agency.
6. Complete a background check.
7. Take and pass a drug test.
8. Complete a psychological evaluation.
9. Be hired as a police dispatcher.
10. Complete police and fire dispatch training.

Reflection: I would like to become a ambulance dispatcher, just because it looks interesting to work in but then i would not like to become one  just because I am not comfortable being in the back of a truck in a small space. Also because the pay is very minimum.

                                          

                                             Acupuncture

                                                 
Duties / Responsibilities: 

As an acupuncturist, you'll consult with patients about their symptoms, diagnose the issue and treat it using acupuncture needles and other tools.

 Salary:  $84800

Education:Becoming an acupuncturist requires intensive higher education and practical experience. For most schools, you can expect to spend about three years studying to earn your acupuncture accreditation.

reflection : I think that this career wouldn't be for me. sticking needles in peoples body is just not something i'm interested in. 

                                                              Ophthalmologist 


Duties/ responsibilities:

are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases. they treat vision problems and write prescriptions for both pharmaceuticals and corrective eyeglass lenses. when necessary, they perform eye surgery. most are private practice, however, some are employed by hospitals or clinics and others perform research.

Average annual salary : $90,000- $150,000

educational requirements: 

only physicians may study to become ophthalmologists. after completing medical school and a internship, an ophthalmologist must then complete a three to five year residency in an approved ophthalmology program. after completing residency program they must pas an examination to be certified.


reflection: i would definite be interests in this career

                                 Psychiatrist 

Duties and responsibilities: 

  Psychiatrist are physicians who evaluate patient data and test or examination findings to diagnose nature and extent of mental disorder. Prescribe, direct, and administer psycho-therapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.  Licensed to use a wide variety of treatments and may write prescriptions. Psychiatrists may work for the government, have their own private practice, or work in hospitals, clinics, or universities. Their duties include: 

•  designing treatment programs 
• conducting psychotherapy sessions 
• prescribing potent mental illness drugs
• supervising  electro therapy treatments
• conducting research 
• lading a team of mental health car providers 

Average salary:

    $90,000-$200,000

Educational Requirements 

     Bachelors, masters, Ph.D. degrees 

In addition to completing the requirements for a degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine, psychiatrists must complete an intensive three year residency in psychiatry. 

Reflection: I do not think I'd like to be one just because it isn't something I am moved by. It might be good money but I am more of a hands on  when it becomes to medical careers whether it be a surgeon or a veterinarian.  I wouldn't like to just sit around and work.

Painting

- I  love performing and it is one of my hobbies at the moment.

- I chose taking care of animals for a hobby because it is what I want to do growing up.

This quote means that if you do what is right you will feel awesome about yourself. Always choose the right 24/7. If you do what is right you are being a CTR person. And if you do what is wrong you will not go far. You will become a bad person. People will think that you have chosen the wrong all your life. But if you chose the right people will look at you and think that you have always been a good influence for the world.

The things that I liked about this class was that it is quiet. We learned something new everyday. We sometimes had free time in this class. Also that we worked with some of our classmates. Web sometimes had class presentations.

The things that I didn’t like about this class was that students would interrupt the classroom. People would make stupid comments. They would interrupt the teacher while he was speaking. It was usually loud when there was a substitute. They classroom sometimes smelled really bad.

To not interrupt the teacher. Put some febreeze in the classroom. Sit people with people they won’t talk to a lot. Do something different everyday. Don not teach the students the same thing everyday. Because they are going to get bored and they are not going to wanna do anymore work because it is going to be the same old work again.

One of the highlights I had in this class was a computer skill. Which was being able to type fast. Although, I had another one which was have a good grade on an assignment I did about a health career. But the best highlight was being able to type fast. That was my number 1 highlight of the day. That was one of my goals.

I think I really did good in this class. I think I tried my best in this class. Why? Because it was the easiest class I have ever taken so far. I did good in this class because I have a good grade in this class. It is a passing grade I have. I reached my goal.

I am reading my goals journal every day. Why? Because as I read my goals, I put more goals in my note book. I have at least 400 goals I have written so far. I at least want to have 250 goals accomplished. I want all my goals to b e accomplished before I die:)

I think I am committed to be a CTR student because I think I do great things in this world. Being a Ctr isn’t hard. You just have to just be good. Always chose the right. Do the things that you think are best for you.
