Dental Assistant

Duties and responsibilities:

    Their duties and responsibilities are assisting the dental operator(dentist or other treating dental auxiliary in providing more efficient dental treatment, by preparing the patient for treatment, sterilizing instruments, passing instruments during the procedure, holding suction devices, exposing dental radiographs, taking impressions, and fabricating provisional crowns.

Salary:

   Their average income a year was US was $33,470 annually, or $16.09 per hour, in 2010.

Education:

   In some states, dental assistants can work in the field without a college degree, while in other states, dental assistants must be licensed or registered. Dental assistants are required to meet the minimum certification to work in the field. There’re many things that dental assistants must consider while working in the field and arguably the most important is infection control.

Demand or Need for this Profession:

   There is no need for this profession because that is why their is just dentist working by themselves because the dentist are the ones who are doing surgery on the patient not the assistant.

Reflection: I would not like to become a dental assistant because what if the need space we are just going to be frustrating the operator doing the surgery.

                                                Dentist

Duties and responsibilities:

   Their duties and responsibilities are promoting oral health and disease prevention. Creating treatment plans to maintain or restore the oral health of their patients. Interpreting x-rays and diagnostic tests. Ensuring the safe administration of anesthetics.

Salary:

  Their average making a year is $149,540.

Education:

 To become a dentist, a student needs to graduate from dental school approximately a four year program, then pass licensing exams. Most students first get a bachelor's degree since dental programs prefer applicants who have completed an undergraduate degree.

Demand or need for this profession:

 There is no need for this profession because their is a fair amount of dentist in this world. Also because not alot of people like going to the dentist because they are either scared of going or they don’t like to go to the dentist. Even because they don’t care about their teeth also because they just don’t like it but, sometimes it is mandatory.

Reflection:

 I wouldn’t like to be a dentist because it doesn’t look interesting at all also because it isn’t something i would like to do.

         Chiropractor

Duties and responsibilities:

 Their duties are, to work with patients who are dealing with problems related to bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Chiropractors responsibilities are operating in their jurisdictions, job requirements for doctors are generally similar from state to state.

Salary:

  Their average income is $787,780.

Education:

   Future chiropractors must earn the Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Only a handful of schools in the United States offer this 4-year degree program. Students typically take courses and labs in anatomy and chemistry, chiropractic philosophy and diagnosis.

Demand for profession:

 There is need and no need for chiropractors because there are plenty of specialist out there that can help people that are dealing with tendons, ligaments, muscle or bones.

Reflection:

I would not like to be a chiropractor because it doesn’t interest me. Also because they earn a low income of money.

So this quote is so true. A big example that should be shown to every classBy reading this quote it's telling me that disobeying doesn't get you anywhere.
It doesn't get you to freedom or no where of what you want to do. Also the more obedient we are the better because it gets you to freedom. Meaning if we want freedom we must listen to others. Even though, they are the worst people, you could say. It creates opportunities to everyone.

                                   911 Memorials 

   It was 9:03am when United airline flight 175 with 65 people on board traveling at a speed of 590 miles per hour crashes into the South Tower of the World Trade Center. Then nearly 3,000 people were killed, 400 were police officers and firefighters, in the terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center in NYC, at the Pentagon building in Washington, D.C., and in a plane crash near Shanksville, PA. 9/11 was not the first terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. My first memory was the people that were in that building trying to get help and yelling out for help.

       By seeing this video the choices that Thomas S. Monson chose was not being obedient and not thinking right of what he was doing. Even though, he didn't know what it could've caused he wasn't even supposed to be playing with fire of matches. What he did at Vivian Park was not the correct thing to do that is why he and Danny panicked and did not know what to do so him and danny yelled out for help, because he was not being obedient when he was told to be. And these are the causes of  not being obedient. Catching the weeds on fire and panicking and crying out for help. He learned a lesson of life he learned was not to play with fire ever again. Luckily they were not hurt.

     Based on this quote I learned that we have to listen to understand our actions. Also that we have to learn how to be obedient. Afterall, it is a test of life because I believe that being obedient can get you to places. For instance, for being obedient at your job and listening to your boss got you to a better position in your job if you didn't like the position you were in. Although you don't always have to be obedient to people. Because they can also talk you into doing something illegal or doing something you are not supposed to. Then you can also regret being obedient because you could of done something you didn't want to do. Although being obedient is a lection learn you have to be in life. Because you can do so many stuff you can't imagine you could have done.
